Ahh H's are the Trust preferred ok makes sense.... No doesn't change much

H's are with fargo
P's & K's are with bank of new york
u's are shit out luck till we get paid :)

Umm... but interesting I totally blew over Fargo being a trustee... Got to look more closely nice catch though...
the only reason that it doesn't effect the dd is because we need a trustee other then WMI to hold the accounts.. We don't have a bank anymore :) go figure...

Trustees mean nothing. Does not matter who a trustee is.
K's and H's has a trustee.

P's and U's do NOT have trustees.
