True, but the other options might come into play. Obama will sign that bill sooner or later... JPM allegedly raising cash for some purpose... the BK process may be a back up plan to the sales effort. I think settlement, buyout, merger, etc are still strong options here.
If we have to wait that long the PPS should drop IMO. If it does I am adding as often as I can... exclusively the P's.
