I think you heard wrong:

From ESI site in 2003:

http://web.archive.org/web/20031006090436/enzymesolutions.com/esi_management.html

Hochstedler, 27, is a director and Senior Vice President of ESI. In 1993, Hochstedler attended Rosedale Bible College for a year and a half before entering the REACH program. From 1995 through 1998 Hochstedler served as a Superintendent at Graber Developing. Hochstedler got his start in sales in 1998 selling for Springfield Enterprises in Ft. Wayne. During this time Hochstedler began his own construction company, JH Construction.

Then from ESI site in 2004:

http://web.archive.org/web/*hh_/enzymesolutions.com/contact.html

Jared Hochstedler, 28, is a director and Senior Vice President of Enzyme Solutions, Inc. In 1993, Hochstedler attended Rosedale Bible College for a year and a half before entering the REACH program. From 1995 through 1998 Hochstedler served as a superintendent at Graber Developing. Hochstedler got his start in sales in 1998 selling home improvements for Springfield Enterprises in Ft. Wayne. During this time Hochstedler began his own construction company, JH Construction. In 2000, along with Brent Eimer, Hochstedler purchased Enzyme Solutions, Inc. where he currently serves as Senior Vice President.
