The RV Division is unprofitable. It is not a necessity.
Housing is a necessity.
RV's may be more profitable in good times as you correctly observed, but I don't see a return to that level of comfort in the time frame I'm willing to wait.
I don't think you are taking into account the base housing contract at Fort Bliss. If you have ever seen on-post housing at any major military installation, you know what I mean!
I can't show you exact profitability on the housing side, because that contract hasn't been fully executed.
Besides, it is renewable and there is no way for me to know how many years it will ultimately cover.
