Anybody understand this????

I fully understand that Pinks are typically volatile speculative plays. I do have to say that this Pink seems to have a much better underlying business however. That being said, The trading and PPS of this stock seems very odd. We were previously offered $.10/share and are obviously going to get an increased offer in the next day or two. As far as I can see, Jared or EESO does not have a history of missed deadline, broken promises or PR's that end up producing nothing. Although, the PPS seems to be reacting just like the type of company I just described. There seems to be an underlying disbelief in this company and what they are saying in their PR's. Usually, if a Pink PR's anything close to what EESO has, there is some decent PPS movement with volume which results in a higher bottom. We seem to get little or nothing out of buyout offers that are 500% higher than the current PPS, projected revenues in the 10's to 100's of millions, new contracts, and new avenues being made into different country's.

WHAT AM I MISSING????
