I agree, their PRS shout out "Desperate!". The should have never played this buyout game in the first place. It is really coming back to bite them. Any company with a real buyout offer releases a professional PR stating the terms and the buyer. Sure, things may fall apart after that, but it gives the investors enough information.
They played this one like a classic pink sheet buyout scam (PGYC????) LOL. String the investors along and tell your IR guy to dangle carrots to keep them in suspense, HOPING it will give a boost to the stock price.
Well, it didn't this time boys. The market is too skeptical and way too smart these days. These games aren't believed for a second.
When they release the so-called buyout PR with their rehearsed explanation of why they're turning it down, something else will turn on them..the market!
