No problem. It is DR's fiduciary role to inform his stockholders of events material to the company. As of 20 October 2008, DR has kept strict and unexplained public silence. Is this the proper way to run a company? It seems our "Man of the Year" CEO has grandly succeeded only in arousing shareholder confusion and generating widespread angst. Were Duns Scotus alive today, he'd offer DR a seat and a special hat.
