When a company is in negotiations, they better be straight forward or the negotiations and or agreement will be VOID!

SO! Either Jared has been "straight up" with the potential buyer (which is why the price hasn't gone anywhere, maybe a larger share giveout to the buyer or whatever, I have no idea)OR, Jared hasn't been straight with ONLY US!!!!!!! It is one or the other.

Hey! I'm only using my experience as my weapon. I really have no clue as to what is really going on and NEITHER do you. However, my guesses have been "spot on" so far.

I deal with reality not hopes and dreams. Look through all the "buyout" histories. If a company has been holding back info during a negotiation, it has NEVER faired well.

Just being real.....

I politely disagree. No company might put it all out there" but almost nothing other than Wowgreen has been verified in terms of EESO. None of the contracts, partners abroad, or financials. You have Jared, Mark, and some ABCD investor traveling the world "looking" for business. For a company doing supposedly this much business you'd think they would have more people working for them. For example, No accounting/finance department. NO answers on that topic after numerous requests from IR rep (Mark). I got in looking long-term because that's how I tend to invest but I have become rapidly concerned the last few weeks when I began to dig deeper and continue to find inconsistencies.

EESO has been honest. Do you know ANY company who has "put it all out there"???
