gamood: Right. By no stretch can "filings" be construed as only press releases, especially, from the mouth of a CEO of publicly traded company. Not to mention that this CEO is under the gun to produce SEC-mandated "filings" (10-K and, come May 15, a 10-Q) not PRs, or else face eviction from OTC-BB. As others have said, it's a lot easier to get booted from atop the OTC-BB staircase than it is to climb back.
