The primary problem is that there's only about 20 of us who are actually buying the stock right now from what I can tell.
At the same time, there's one or two people selling the stock at .02. How they are getting the shares, or if they are flipping between themselves in different accounts, I don't know, but we really need about 2 million in volume with about 100 different buyers.
That would bring in the interest, keep the price up, and eliminate any manipulation that one or two people could do.
