If they had been buying up stock, do you really believe we'd get as many PRs as they put out on a weekly basis? I think gagging the T/A and stopping all PRs would get the stock down to under a penny, but that's not what has occured, they gagged the T/A and can't put out enough PRs, yet the stock is stalled, that in itself tells the story.IMO
well they have told us they are buying up the stock while the TA is gagged... many didn't believe them said i'll believe it once i see the 10q...
then when the 10q came they took a simple mistake in a legal definition as reason why they didn't believe it... really kinda comical if you ask me...
but 133 million shares to be retired next... as per the 10q... no surprises there...
there is also like another 60 plus million shares left to be bought back through the buy back plans...
everyone assumes that a gagged TA always has to be bad... but as the company buys back stock which they have proven they are doing... anyone who still assumes this is very mistaken...
but hey they can continue to base what they think on whatever rumors they want to spread... when the company is done and sets this thing loose... lets just say i wouldn't want to not own shares...
