Well when they keep putting out fluff PR's, that is what happens.

Encore Energy Systems (Other OTC:ENCS.PK - News) announced today five new bio-fuel facilities have been targeted for acquisition.

They haven't acquired anything. They are just looking. Such BS will keep this dam stock stuck where it is.
