It does not mean that either. They pay pennies on the dollar in a settlement of the debt. The common shares can be wiped out or carried over to post ch. 11. Usually if they carry over people are issued new shares. Either way it is not a playground you want to venture in.

I wounder if Ray and the others are some of the noteholders of the 2009 notes. Remember they have a senior lien on all assets. Rights to the Drugs? Anyone?
