This is very intersting and looks like good news to me:

Tetra Technologies filed their 10Q today and this is a snipet:

"During March 2009, a major contractual supplier of feedstock raw materials for our Fluids Division, Chemtura Corporation (Chemtura), announced that it had filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy code. Although it is impossible to predict the outcome of our contractual arrangements as a result of the bankruptcy filings, we do not believe that Chemtura’s filing will have a material impact on our operations."

CEMJQ is a major supplier to them and it looks like it is business as usual - great sign.
