I use a sonata case...
and they are great. There are also several differences though. The biggest one I noticed is the orientation of the video card. It is rotated 90 deg. in BTX, which keeps it from impeding the airflow. In my particular system the Radeon 9800 video card is the noisiest part, and it seems BTX would go a long way toward making that part quiter.

In general, the impression I get from the last two posts is that it will be very easy for AMD to either adapt ATX to be as quiet, or to use hammer in a BTX form factor.

Is that your belief?
