Yeah ... It really is cause for concern isn't it?? NOT!! It seems that a person that really is concerned with that opinion would be selling ASAP. However, I and I'm quite certain the majority on this board do not share those concerns.

Enjoy your Saturday night.

1. Greg HYPED 6 acquisitions by June, all 6 to have significant revenue. We bought (no details) a web site that is almost worthless and we bought (no details) a crime TV show that is not even in production at the moment. Neither has ANY revenue.

- The only way the second acquisition pays off is if Greg can use the existing alliances from it to drum up new business. If he can do that, then great! I don't see the actual website as being that much of an asset though.

- Greg will have to put some serious work into turning Atlanta Investigations into a money-maker. It can be done, but I wouldn't look for this to be an overnight success. The first season lacked viewership and from the article (link below), it seems is in danger of being cancelled by Colours TV if viewership does not improve.

"All that will come to naught if the show doesn't catch on with viewers, concedes Arthur Thomas Sr., VP of Colours TV, which is syndicating the show on The Dish satellite network."

- Note: In the PR about this acquisition, Greg stated that Atlanta Investigations is the #1 drama on Colours TV. That's not a lie. The problem is that it's the ONLY drama on Colours TV. LOL. Click the link below and you can see it's the only show in the drama category.

2. Not sure if more products are coming or whether saw that HYPE didn't work and he is now on to new HYPES.

- My guess is that Greg is waiting for the stock to get more MM's on it before releasing more PR's. He saw what happens when he releases a PR and there is just NITE here to play around with things as he wishes.

3. Greg HYPED something for shareholders that all CEOs would be doing in future. We got intent letter (not sure who it is written to) to spinoff Spoofem but no X date provided. Plus, new COO Lakesha uses the word "if" when describing the spinoff.

- I would have much rathered she said "when." That "if' didn't sit well.

4. And then there are the many hints in Greg's ridiculous video blogs that never go anywhere like:

* Gosh, maybe I should by shares. I wonder if I can do this? (as he looks around the room) But of course, Greg has been to the dance before and knows he can but knows he won't so why not another HYPE??? Besides Greg gave himself plenty of free shares in the reverse merger!!!

- You're likely right about this. If Greg was going to buy shares and he thought this was going to .10-.15 by June, then he would have started buying free-trading shares before he released the PR for the first acquisition. The only way I see him buying anymore shares is if he gets more MM's here and this stock starts trading fairly and can thus move up.
