#16530 RE: mingwan0 #16528

Arch and Ming.... Does it get better that this...? YES...

How about TWO articles in Nature Reviews Genetics that reference DNAPrint Genomics...

Recently DNAP announced the Shriver article was to appear in Nature Reviews Genetics and I went looking for it.

DNAPrint Technology Featured in 'Nature' Journal Review and Upcoming Textbook
07.22.04, 11:43 AM ET

SARASOTA, Fla., July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DNAPrint genomics (OTC Bulletin Board: "DNAP") (the "Company") announces today that its ANCESTRYbyDNA(TM) 2.5 product will be featured in a review article to be published next month in the journal "Nature Reviews." The article will focus on the growing interest in personal anthropology and will highlight the uniqueness of DNAPrint's role in this growing market. The article represents the first discussion of the Company's proprietary BioGeographical Ancestry (BGA) admixture test in the peer-reviewed literature.

I was hunting for the Shriver article when I found the first one...serendipity to the max...!

Here's Shriver's article abstract:

Nature Reviews Genetics 5, 611 -618 (2004); doi:10.1038/nrg1405

GENETIC ANCESTRY AND THE SEARCH FOR PERSONALIZED GENETIC HISTORIES

Mark D. Shriver & Rick A. Kittles

Public demand and the development of large public and private databases of genetic information across human populations has encouraged the development of the new and rapidly growing field of genetic ancestry testing. Both the promise of the science that underlies this field and a lack of a full understanding of its limitations have fuelled the increased public interest in genetic ancestry testing.

------------

As I said....finding the first one was serendipity to the max.
In that article, it was exciting to find DNAP was referenced...and thanked...(which is quite nice all in itself).

However...

The Shriver/Kittles article in Nature Reviews Genetics is probably even more important and exciting for DNAP than the other one.

In the Shriver/Kittles article, as I understand it..DNAP is the direct focus of the article...

So we have TWO articles referencing and discussing DNAP...in a mainstream peer-reviewed, highly respected science journal...Nature Reviews Genetics!

All good things....getting better and better for DNAP and for us Investors!

God Bless and take care...and God's Speed To DNAP's Vision,

Robert
