Nice find, and good point. Most recent was in early April. You'd think they'd would have had an idea then if they were going to cancel shares.

Zorro___I also would never buy $593,000 dollars of stock last November of a company that I was the CFO of, obviously knowing we were on the verg of bankrupcy, without knowing we could avoid cancelling the common shares. This in its self caused me to break my rules and put much more of my portfolio into CEMJQ. Good find, Thank you.

If I read it right this diector purchased 417,838 CEMJQ shares in sept. 2008 for $4,516,829 so he paid $10.81 per share. And probably expects to make a profit off of those, right???
Or are option shares a preferred share that is priced different than the common shares we are buying?? TIA if anyone repsonds.
