On Wednesday, April 1, 2009, The Dow Chemical Company completed its acquisition of Rohm and Haas.

Would this mean that Chemtura is now the 2nd largest chemical company in accordance with the pie chart posted on the sticky? (3rd largest if you count “other” as a unit of market share)

I got a kick out of the shark vs shark bait analogy. I think we are OK at these levels. Shoot, I'm already happy, and we haven't even got started. Not really anyway.

Been thinking about getting a boat with eventual proceeds from some of my CEMJQ.

In honor of the shark vs shark bait analogy, I'm thinking about christening her the Minnow. We'll have to go for a 3 hour cruise! Best regards.
