Couple minor edits to your list.

Pros:
1. Correct
2. Correct
3. CEO $ CFO did purchase common stock, but relatively speaking, insider holdings aren't considerably high when compared to some other companies...Institutional holdings, however, are.
4. Correct.
5. Yup.
6. Very bullish chart.
7. Speculative here...Undervalued yes, with strong potential to reach that 1$+ mark, but we need more than book value for this...An asset sale or the news of one in the making would do the trick. I see a steady climb with minor pull backs on the way as more news unfolds.
8. Compared to 4thQ and January, their chemical business according to the statements are improving. Not great yet, but getting better, which is great news for a BK IMO.
9. Yes they hold a lot of patents, not sure of the value but it's considerable.
10. Assets/Liabilities is positive for the most part. The equity is the good side here; PPS at book value when taking Assets and Liabilities into the equation makes the current share price laughable. (more details will come out about the status of their assets and liabilities, as values rise on the upside, and interest and BK fees on the downside. To put simply, stock is highly undervalued.
11. This is more ambiguous. You mean major loans and accounts payable? The company pays debts consistently as a process of operational costs, so not sure exactly which you're referring.
12. Correct
13. Yes, that's the expectations, though with any earnings report, it's highly speculative as to what the results will be.
14. Higher than 80% are institutionally held: showing 84% on google, 82% through on my brokerage; much higher than average, and keeping the float small (great to have).
15. I have no idea about this one. Current employs are all being paid as usual, I'm not if any major layoffs have occurred.
16. Correct
17. Absolutely, a very strong chance IMO- though nothing is a guarantee.

Cons:
1. Correct, was to be expected, and most agree that it was factored in when the stock bottomed out.
2. This is true, but the number of analysts currently covering this stock at the moment is very small, most sites only show a couple, which weakens the strength of the estimate.
3. Correct- obviously- Chapter-11, all aspects of their business are currently running as they normally would; Chapter-7 is the game over bankruptcy.
4. Nothing is in stone, but with the market value of their assets, in addition to improving economic conditions, an asset sale is very probable. Especially as summer comes in and their cyclical part of their business really gets rolling.
5. Yup, though as mentioned earlier, these kinds of decisions are far off, the process of restructuring has just begun.
6. Correct, though the majority of all stocks had a decrease in year over year profitability--hence the recession.
7. Q is the symbol applied to companies like this one who are going through bankruptcy.
8. Yup, as with any investment. Flip it the other way, and you have a gain of 100++% possibility as well.

Hope that helps.
