I hoping the stockholders (lots of them) come into town, visit Seaview and are impressed with the product. That`s what I bought into. The building is nothing fancy, but in real nice area. Lots of food here. Rich is the same way, don`t expect some sharp shooter. I would call him plain, don`t mean any disrepect and soft spoken. I hope it don`t seem like a mob coming at him. I`m hoping he will give speech and have Q&A time. I going down there next week to pick up some paper work and am going to try to find if he is and what time. Have seen the place several times just interested in what he has to say.

Seahag...I agree...let's coordinate...
Both time and an agreed upon question slate...the purpose of this question slate would not be keep anyone from asking whatever they what to ask, but maybe by thinking togeather ahead of time, some of the more pertinent questions could be phrased more distinctly, and less subject to ambiguous answers.

As for my time, I live local, and have cleared my calendar for the day, so whatever works best for you folks is OK by me.

And thanks for the answer about the debentures.
