1933 company? I thought they are NASDAQ compliant?
What is it with this company? On one side they are supposedly this 1933 company that doesn't need to file SEC forms (8k, 13g etc) on the other hand they are a fully reporting company ready to uplist to the Nasdaq! To be honest, I can't find any special 1933 status rule set! Seems to me all companies have to adhere to the same SEC rules unless they are pink or grey.
