considering that most of the shares are held by RME... a R\S really doesn't make sense...

here are a few things or ways they could get the stock price up...

1. Get rid of RME shares and on the 10k show insider holdings... lol then change into a 1934 company and show buys and sells by management. and ungag the TA...
(the float should be under 100 million imo)

2. do a R\M with a shell to up-list to the nasdaq. This would make it so they didn't have to adhere to the PPS rule... this is a good site for info on that type of thing... http://www.thethirddimension.net/stocks/companyactions.html

these are just two options... im no expert but if every share but about 200 million are held via cert by the company... if they buy these back... we will have 200 million shares OS... and if they buy back any more of the common... well lets just say there is no need for a r\s...
