As I have told others, I think bcon management already knows they have the grant money approved and waiting, they are holding off the news till after the Proxy Vote, giveS them more leverage to negotiate the increase in the a/s to 400 mil. theY also can throw out the fact they have not received any money and it is a neccesity to raise more funds or the co will not be able to operate as a going concern. Coporate blackmail of shareholders,AIMHO
