Based on my computer background, this is what I think:

WindRiver is a company which offers a optimized and fast operating for specialized application.

Remember Paul's original idea was to make Stock market electronic without physical brokers and middleman. This idea will work only if the computer trading is very, very, very fast and automated. WindRiver's operating system may be a fit for Paul's idea.

Honestly, if this works, all of us will be millionares.
But it is NOT easy, it is a dream. I hope Paul is not a pyscho!
