Lowering the AS means nothing, imo. They can raise it just as fast as they lowered it. What matters here is building strong fundamentals and continued transparency. I don't care what the AS is as long as the TA is not gagged. It may be seen as a nice gesture but I don't think it will affect the SP. JMO
