What I said quite simply was the "some posters" have communicated with Steve Sulja and verified some things that Steve was quoted on in his Windsor Star interview such as:
- no fabulous deals
- no assets
-etc.

Also that "some posters" postings of talking with Steve have been verified by Leslie Budway and by the accurate and quick reporting of the Elmira pumpers last visit to Harrow.

Receiving inside information is not a felony as long as you don't trade on it or profit from it.

Regardles ... imo ... the posters I referred to did not receive any insider information.

If receiving and repeating inside information, well that's a felony. And if they're family members who hold an interest in the company that are repeating these things to the public, well, that's also a felony.
