Nice try Rich,
Sure some people are impatient and want things to happen. Some who will reap the rewards of patience will wait and be rewarded. Laidlaw is currently working on the process of completing their permitting requirements. The EFSEC process is beneficial for both the generator and the stakeholders. It ensures that viable, beneficial, sustainable power sources come on line. CPD will probably never come on line because they don't have a viable or sustainable business plan. What is sad is the Mayor and council are willing to increase the budget for lawyer fees however can't pay for the school budget needs. It shows that the city is willing to invest in stagnation as apposed to progress. Laidlaw will make it through the EFSEC process with flying colors. CPD on the other hand will never happen.
