True, in theory. It would be impossible for ERHE to have the same type of leverage as an Addax, both with the money coming out of pocket at time of drilling AND their oil men able to make decisions. Make no mistake, when it comes to decision making, ERHE has already been told to sit in the corner and let the grown ups make the real oil calls.
