they can still be operator..i.e. control $$$$$$$$ and cede operational aspects to another...i feel they will use this as training session with axc personnel directing the physical drilling.
In 2007, Sinopec and Addax jointly entered into an agreement with a subsidiary of Aban Offshore Limited for the provision of the Aban Abraham I believe Sinopec will remain operator but we will possible see another drillship (Jack Ryan??)
...do some here still think Sinopec doesn't have the skills to drill in deepwater??
