So, since SNP is deferring to Addax, then, can you deduct that Addax has secured another ROO, possibly the Jack Ryan, and that they are going to drill Block 2 for SNP first ?? If that's the case, and since SNP is the operator, SNP gets to announce it. It also tells me that Addax is saving the DP for the KINA shot. Correct me if I'm wrong on what I thought you meant.
