also lombardistocks Ray Powers Ph.D now owns a substantial restricted part of the in the company now and a big vested intrest and cant sell for over a year and has restrictions that he can sell of 1% a quater and from what i can see he is very respected and smart man. Must believe big as this is not short term deal for him.
