Helix had about $17 million in annual sales. What are HRAL's annual sales?....based on the last statements, less than $2.5 million. 1.6 x $2.5 million isn't going to make anyone rich. They also bleed cash.

Who bought Helix for $23.7 million? Private equity would never pay that type of multiple for something that lists EBIT of approx $890K last year.
