shepper....Pardon me for butting in, but you are right on the money with your observation. Stephen Kay is on the Board of Delta Mining and he is the one responsible for attracting Rayment onto the team. They are both stellar leaders in the junior gold industry. The third experienced gold veteran is the chap they have hired to manage the drilling at the Montana property. Great people get consistently great results....winning is a habit and defeat is not an option with these guys!.....I'll go back to my hole now.....Joe
