Ib is right. These start with a kind of plain PR, then, they'll start to build volume as people star to believe. Then we'll get a PR from the company that says " we'll do X amount of sales this year". That will really get people's interest. Then we'll have to see if they do what they just said they'll do. And it'll be straight up from there. ( See CBAI from the time the Government said they'll be doing more in that area from now on.) It was a 100 bagger if you stayed in it.
