I dont know man, Im just a little shareholder - sounds like they pr'd the SA intro when he already established interest with testing underway and the second was to open the itenerary up for SH transparency.

From my guess , it looks like a strong possibility that multiple contracts are forthecoming - goverment(?) and private.

Asian business is being handled with the use of brokers - no need at this time - IMO.
