Ummm yes....For shares to vote they have to be issued and outstanding...1 vote per share.

So we have 1,752,691,870 votes/shares(that Megas/insiders voted) + 350,200,000 shares (that are street name) that Megas covered per filings....and no, not contingent on a r/s. You cannot r/s shares that do not exist, so therefore, they exist before, NOT AFTER any proposed r/s.

Keep talking...the number keeps getting higher.
