Not sure about VERT, but the AS has not increased this week, and judging from the chart the dilution stopped early last week. imo

Well Gary G. is due a bucket load in June if SP is not ~.50 so expect Terry M to increase A/S to 1.5>2.0B. Not a problem for him, as he will place some calls and feed some folks some BS, or he will just do another R/S. He could recant the deal with Gary as he did with the promised divi. Not to worry if he increases the A/S as he will be buying them back in the open market per some poster here.
