Current market cap is 17 million as per yahoo and Jaywalk.

Company value 530 million as per Jaywalk.

Yes, 1 dollar is cheap with 2 billion in sales and a rebounding economy. I think, Hayes was just to big a few year ago. I look at Fords Numbers and they are terrible. Hayes numbers are far better than gms or fords but still not good.
