The same rules that say a ceo should file when he sells, say he should file when he acquires them. Since he did NOT file the acquisition, it is illogical to say he would file the sale. Bottom line, you can assume and believe all you want, but using the argument that he still has his shares (or ever had any, for that matter) based on filings is very weak considering there are NO filings!!!

(BTW, give the man congrats; his 12 y/o son just passed the SAT! Told me today he'll now need to sell about $20K of HMGP this summer to pay tuition in a private school (operated by Duke, I think))
