I'ld hold out for Cumulative preferred.

TEMPO3 at Quantum Online links out to the OTC and NASDAQ but the pages show no info on this issue. So it's a stock that JPM could offer to trade for WAMPQ to satisfy the courts while the heat is on, and then quietly discontinue the dividend on after a couple of years. In the prospectus it says that it does not trade over the counter or on any exchange.
