Agree, if the company was just diluting to just dump shares then we'd have pump after pump after PR, etc etc... My guess is whoever is picking up all these shares has a good hunch of things to come.. What has been presented seems like a huge opportunity. How it all is structured is somewhat of a question, but with the right funding and contracts, this will work out amazing..

But time will tell...
