2ndly, if you actually do DD, then you were NOT lied to, misled and scammed. You invested according to your DD as you claim.

You're statement is contradictory. Rather than blame others, take responsibility for your own decisions and so called DD.

Dirt Dog, I've always had a degree of respect for your knowledge of the oil business. I respectfully disagree with your opinion that this WAS NOT just another crap shoot. I believe that EVERY pink is a crap shoot, and as I stated, I don't know of ONE PINK that has ever paid a dividend. It's a Buy & Sell exchange. Sell on good news, Buy on bad.

Your statement of; If he was telling the TRUTH, we couldn't fail and fail and fail and fail. Yes, I read the claims, Yes I saw the video, but I never considered it to be Due Diligence. Stocks, as with Craps, I sometimes have a winner, more often have a loser. BUT, THE WHOLE THING IS JUST A GAME.

If Tom has lied, so be it. I know 100 guys trying to get rich that would cut your throat, if that is what it took, and they thought they could get away with it.

Having spent my whole life in the business world, I've sifted through 1,000 lies. I knew they were lying, because I was smarter then them. I lost a few times, but damned few, and it made me harder to get to the next time. You bought what you say was a lie, and you lost, but I feel, IMO, that your DD stunk, or you NEVER would have invested your money. Watching a video and reading claims IS NOT called DD.
