LAS VEGAS, NV, May 4, 2009 – Alco Advanced Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ALCD) announced today that the Company has successfully acquired Axion Spatial Imaging Inc and has completed the filing process and has applied for a new CUSIP number and trading symbol. The Company is now trading under the new ticker symbol (PINKSHEETS: ALCD), and maintains status with Pink Sheets as part of its overall strategy to take an active role in the public markets in order to facilitate the execution of its business plan.



Alco Advanced Technologies, Inc business is diversified in the field of the electronic security. We have 3 main activities. Close Circuit Television and Security equipment (CCTV), Containers Inspection and Asset tracking via Global Positioning System (GPS).

The legislation passed in 2006 by Bush administration and endorsed by the President Obama required that all ports shipping containers to the USA needs to scan the containers for radiation and imagery such as X-Ray and Gamma Ray to get a clear pictures of the content of the container.
