Your opinion is valuable. Petty said he would not R/S but then he said he would not dilute, either. Like 99% of all companies the wish, hope and plans of PR's are given but the embarrasing results, etc. are usually never admitted. All of FMNJ's PR's of good news had some progress and were attempted. They usually read like "we plan to" or are "getting close to", etc. Any difference between jaded wording and not telling the whole truth? Hardly. Truth is usually the first casualty in war and investing. Yet we are all still here and hope it will somehow come together. If it does, it will be because solid business practices finally win out over "project-jumping".

Hey beenthere, I accept your challenge to find PR's that have come true:

PR Dated 02/12/2009: Dr. Biste was actually retained by Franklin. It took a while for them to pay him however the terms of their agreement have been met so far

PR Dated 04/30/2009: Petty is meeting with Dr. Biste this week.

For tangible proof please see my previous posts where I have personally been in contact with Dr. Biste. Send me your email and I will forward you the information.

You asked for one PR and I gave you two. This may not seem good enough for you but it is pretty good proof to me that they are not a scam. At least it is more proof than you have that it is a scam.

Let me ask you this: Do you still own FMNJ stock? Because I made the choice to get rid of all of mine at one point and I did so. At that point I was pretty upset that I had lost so much that I became extremely bitter and my instinct was to bash the stock. I am wondering if you are in the same boat. You check back every now and again and throw in your negativity because if the stock does go up then that would be horrible for you because you did not wait out the storm. Could be off but I think I am pretty close.

BTW - I have since bought back in and now own more than what I had previously.
