none that i can remember anyway.

i'm pretty sure we will still be selling in china....one way or another...eventually.
we just aren't merging with that company that we had an LOI with.

we probably didn't write a bad PR about them, about why we decided not to join....so that we could do business with them still in the future.

makes sense to me.
