Charhorse....I must say that your DD is amazing, but I am not sure what exactly you are trying to accomplish here. Do you have an investment in VTLP? If so...you spend an in-ordinate amount of time telling others why this is a poor investment, and why not to purchase this stock. Strange way of making money.
If you do not have an investment....why all of this research into this "Black Hole"? What are your motives here?
