The facility consists of buildings, equipment, and inventory in excess of 30,000,000+ tires and is located on a parcel of approximately 120 acres of high grade commercially zoned land. The facility is situated close to major infrastructure and rail. Its central location is extremely well situated to accept and supply all of Magnums current and future facility operations.
