I guess my point about him being successful was to someone's earlier point that he was an idiot. Nobody knows what he is trying to do, and whatever the real situation is, he is doing whatever he can to right the ship (not that I agree or matter in that process)
You are right about the lack of the 10K. One thing is certain. He has what, 2 weeks to get that out before being delisted. As far as I am concerned his credibility rests in getting that out.
When the VC's pulled out the way they did, he played the only card he had at the time. The stock tanked due to the dilution, and he attempted over the past couple of months to work out a deal to settle the debt and get the debt holders out of the picture, and it seems very clear that didn't pan out, so in order to keep the company alive, he is doing what he can at the moment (yes I know release the freakin' 10K I'm with you on that). I'm only out several grand, and I have friends who have known Raley for years and they have 10 - 30 - 50 k o the line here. People Billy does not want to screw over whatsoever.
Buying a sub-penny stock is betting on a stage 4 cancer patient to begin with. This isn't exactly Berkshire Hathaway here. Is a small company that was doing well in a boom oil/gas market with VC's backing the vision. The VC's pulled out, Katrina hit and the rest is history. My main point is don't get bent out of shape when you should have expected this as a strong possibility/
