I agree they file late (Last day to file for them)

They have filed their 10Q's (quarterly), 10K's(annual), or a notice of late filing virtually on the same day for the past 3 years or so, that is why I thought it would be around June 30, but who knows maybe stambaugh is whipping them into shape right now.
